- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability)

- No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited
- All guests must carry an ID (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport or Driving License)

Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Please be respectful of neighbours at all times

Smoking Policy:
- This is a non-smoking property
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas
- $250 cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking violations

Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed

Additional Rules:
- No illegal activities
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses
- Please report any issues or damages immediately
- Respect the property and treat it as your own home
- Take trash to designated bins before checkout

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Cancellation:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in
- No refund if cancelled less than 5 days before check-in

Modification Policy:
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
- Guest count changes must be approved by the host

No-Show Policy:
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures

Special Circumstances:
- Exceptions may be considered for emergencies with proper documentation
- Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected situations

Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Security deposit of $400 will be charged separately and refunded within 7 days after checkout if no damages occur
